Greg and Sandy Burkett, Ph.D. founded Breakthrough Reconciliation Ministries, Int. in 1995. Dr. Sandy has been in full time counseling ministry since 1980. Both Greg and Dr. Sandy are ordained ministers under Christian International. They minister in the areas of healing the broken hearted, spiritual warfare and breaking free from cult and occult bondage, with a strong emphasis on the prophetic.

Breakthrough has several branches of ministry. Dr. Sandy ministers to individuals, marriages, and families by appointment. Greg and Sandy minister several healing conferences and equipping workshops throughout the United States and the Ukraine. Dr. Sandy is published and is presently writing a book Releasing the Joy Within. Together they have written and teach Breakthrough Biblical Counseling, an eight-module training program.

Their heart cry is to bring liberty and joy to individuals through healing and equipping that will enable each individual to do the work of the ministry of Christ (Eph. 1:17-19a). They believe it takes more than intellectual knowledge to change, it takes a heart revelation of the love and power of the Father through Christ. Teachings, healing prayer, and equipping is balanced between study and experiencing the power of Christ Jesus through the Holy Spirit.
